Applications for scholarships are scrutinized by a committee of Professors who recommend deserving cases to the Principal. Students applying for scholarship are required to submit the following documents:

Certificate of income of the Father or Guardian.

Attested copy of the state subject certificate.

Marks certificate of the last examination passed.

Any other certificate demanded by the committee.


The grant and the continuance of the scholarship is subject to the following conditions:

Regular attendance.

Good conduct.

Production of income certificate/ other certificate as and when required.
Attested copy of state subject certificate.

Scholarship will be drawn only for the academic session including permissible leaves, holidays & Sundays.

The income Certificate of the father/ guardian should be issued and certified by a revenue officer, not less than the rank of a Tehsildar. Detained or failed students are not eligible for any of these scholarships expect in very exceptional circumstances.

Parent/Guardian of the student applying for any scholarship must give an undertaking that in case his ward participates in strikes or any other subversive activity, he/she will refund the amount of scholarship received in one installment.
